    • Clients are responsible for any shipping labels for returning items, unless there is a problem with the item. Please get in touch with us to resolve any issues.

    • We only ship within the USA.

    • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there was a problem with the order.

  2. Shipping:

    • Once items are shipped, we cannot control the arrival time.

  3. Allergy Testing:

    • Clients are responsible for conducting an allergy test before using the product.

  4. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order.

  5. Product Use:

    • Clients are responsible for reading the instructions and using the product as instructed. External use only
